During a 2-day, 1-night journey in Da Lat, 244 warriors from Techcombank Region 12 came together to conquer a 2.5 km trek through the maple forest and share an emotional Thank You Party 2025.
Together, they boarded the Shinkansen train – a symbol of speed, discipline, and seamless coordination. On this journey, every individual embodied the spirit of an Ownership Champion: taking full ownership of their role, accelerating collectively, and driving the team forward to new breakthroughs.
